These terms govern use of VPN4All's VPN and bundled password manager services. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
VPN4All provides a WireGuard-based VPN over a single residential Dutch connection, with DNS-based ad and tracker blocking and a bundled, self-hosted Vaultwarden password manager accessed through official Bitwarden apps — all included in a single subscription.
VPN4All is provided over a single residential connection. To maintain service quality and comply with our upstream provider's terms, P2P file-sharing and torrenting are not permitted on the network. Accounts found generating sustained P2P/torrent traffic may be suspended without refund.
We do not perform deep packet inspection to enforce this policy — instead, common torrent tracker/DHT ports may be restricted as a soft deterrent, and we act on specific abuse complaints by revoking the peer responsible.
You also agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to attack or scan third-party systems, or to attempt to resell or sublicense access without our written agreement.
Plans renew automatically at the same price you signed up at — monthly, 6-month, yearly, or 2-year, whichever you chose. We do not increase renewal pricing above your original rate. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel a paid plan, you'll retain access to export your vault data for a reasonable grace period before it is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your vault from the Bitwarden app as a precaution regardless.
Payment via PayPal ties your subscription to your identity through PayPal's own records. We do not claim, and you should not assume, full anonymity from this service.
The service operates from a single Dutch node with capped bandwidth. We do not guarantee unblocking of streaming platforms, server switching between countries, or any specific speed. Support is provided by a single operator with a target response time of 24–48 hours, not instant live chat.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including sustained torrenting, abuse of the network, or fraudulent payment activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated clearly rather than published silently.
